PhotoQuote ("chúng tôi") cung cấp ứng dụng giúp thợ chụp ảnh hiện trường, dùng AI dựng báo giá và gửi cho khách. Chính sách này mô tả dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập, cách dùng, các bên cùng xử lý, và cách bạn xoá dữ liệu.
1. Dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập
- Tài khoản: địa chỉ email (khi bạn đăng ký gói/đăng nhập) và một mã thiết bị ẩn danh tạo lúc mở app.
- Nội dung công việc: ảnh hiện trường bạn chụp, mô tả bằng giọng nói (chuyển thành chữ), các báo giá và hạng mục bạn tạo.
- Hồ sơ thợ: tên doanh nghiệp, số điện thoại, thông tin nhận tiền (số tài khoản ngân hàng hoặc link thanh toán), logo.
- Thuê bao: trạng thái gói (đang hoạt động/đã huỷ) từ App Store, Google Play hoặc kênh web.
- Chẩn đoán: dữ liệu sự cố/lỗi/hiệu năng để cải thiện độ ổn định, gắn với mã ẩn danh — không kèm email hay nội dung báo giá.
2. Cách chúng tôi dùng dữ liệu
- Dựng báo giá: ảnh và mô tả được gửi tới dịch vụ AI để bóc tách vật tư và nhân công.
- Lưu và đồng bộ báo giá, hồ sơ của bạn giữa các thiết bị khi bạn đăng nhập.
- Quản lý thuê bao và mở khoá tính năng.
- Phát hiện và sửa lỗi để app chạy ổn định.
3. Bên thứ ba cùng xử lý dữ liệu
Chúng tôi chỉ chia sẻ dữ liệu ở mức cần thiết để vận hành, với các nhà cung cấp cam kết bảo vệ tương đương:
- Supabase — lưu trữ cơ sở dữ liệu, xác thực và lưu ảnh.
- Anthropic (Claude) — xử lý ảnh và mô tả để bóc tách vật tư/nhân công cho báo giá.
- RevenueCat, Apple App Store, Google Play — xử lý thuê bao mua trong ứng dụng.
- Polar — xử lý thanh toán thuê bao qua web (nếu bạn chọn).
- Sentry — báo cáo sự cố/lỗi ẩn danh.
- SePay — đối soát chuyển khoản VietQR (chỉ khi bạn tự bật trong Hồ sơ).
Tiền hoá đơn từ khách trả thẳng cho bạn (VietQR hoặc link thanh toán của bạn). PhotoQuote không giữ tiền và không phải là một bên trong giao dịch đó.
4. Lưu giữ & xoá dữ liệu
Chúng tôi giữ dữ liệu của bạn khi tài khoản còn hoạt động. Bạn có thể xoá toàn bộ tài khoản và dữ liệu ngay trong ứng dụng: vào Hồ sơ → Xoá tài khoản. Thao tác này xoá vĩnh viễn tài khoản, báo giá, hồ sơ, bảng giá và logo của bạn khỏi máy chủ. Bạn cũng có thể yêu cầu xoá qua email support@photoquotes.app.
5. Bảo mật
Dữ liệu được truyền qua kết nối mã hoá và truy cập bị giới hạn theo tài khoản (mỗi thợ chỉ thấy dữ liệu của mình).
6. Trẻ em
PhotoQuote dành cho thợ chuyên nghiệp, không hướng tới trẻ em và không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ em.

Privacy Policy
PhotoQuote ("we") provides an app that lets tradespeople photograph a job site, use AI to build a quote, and send it to their customer. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, who processes it with us, and how you can delete it.
1. Data we collect
- Account: your email address (when you subscribe / sign in) and an anonymous device id created when you open the app.
- Job content: the site photos you take, your spoken description (transcribed to text), and the quotes and line items you create.
- Business profile: business name, phone number, payout details (bank account or a payment link), and logo.
- Subscription: plan status (active/cancelled) from the App Store, Google Play, or the web channel.
- Diagnostics: crash/error/performance data to improve stability, tied to the anonymous id — without your email or quote content.
2. How we use data
- Build quotes: photos and descriptions are sent to an AI service to extract materials and labor.
- Store and sync your quotes and profile across devices when you sign in.
- Manage your subscription and unlock features.
- Detect and fix bugs so the app stays reliable.
3. Third parties that process data with us
We share data only as needed to operate, with providers committed to equivalent protection:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and image storage.
- Anthropic (Claude) — processes photos and descriptions to extract materials/labor for quotes.
- RevenueCat, Apple App Store, Google Play — process in-app subscription purchases.
- Polar — processes web subscription payments (if you choose web checkout).
- Sentry — anonymous crash/error reporting.
- SePay — reconciles VietQR bank transfers (only if you enable it in your profile).
Invoice payments from your customers go directly to you (your VietQR account or payment link). PhotoQuote never holds the money and is not a party to that transaction.
4. Retention & deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your entire account and data from inside the app: go to Profile → Delete account. This permanently erases your account, quotes, profile, price list, and logo from our servers. You can also request deletion by emailing support@photoquotes.app.
5. Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access is scoped per account (each tradesperson only sees their own data).
6. Children
PhotoQuote is for professional tradespeople, is not directed to children, and does not knowingly collect children's data.
