Điều khoản dịch vụ
Bằng việc tải và dùng ứng dụng PhotoQuote ("ứng dụng"), bạn đồng ý với các điều khoản dưới đây. Nếu không đồng ý, vui lòng không dùng ứng dụng.
1. Dịch vụ
PhotoQuote giúp thợ chụp ảnh hiện trường, dùng AI dựng bản nháp báo giá, chỉnh sửa và gửi cho khách duyệt. Bạn là người chịu trách nhiệm về nội dung báo giá, giá cả và công việc thực hiện.
2. Thuê bao & thanh toán
- Gói Solo là thuê bao tự động gia hạn hằng tháng cho tới khi bạn huỷ.
- Trên iOS/Android, tiền được tính qua tài khoản App Store / Google Play; bạn quản lý hoặc huỷ trong cài đặt tài khoản store. Nếu mua qua web, thanh toán do Polar (Merchant of Record) xử lý.
- Giá hiển thị trong ứng dụng/cửa hàng tại thời điểm mua. Huỷ sẽ có hiệu lực ở cuối kỳ đã thanh toán.
3. Thanh toán giữa bạn và khách của bạn
Hoá đơn do bạn gửi được khách trả thẳng cho bạn qua VietQR hoặc link thanh toán của bạn. PhotoQuote chỉ hiển thị thông tin thanh toán, không giữ tiền và không phải một bên trong giao dịch giữa bạn và khách.
4. Báo giá tạo bằng AI
Bản nháp do AI tạo có thể chứa sai sót. Bạn phải kiểm tra và xác nhận mọi hạng mục, số lượng và giá trước khi gửi cho khách.
5. Sử dụng hợp lệ
Không dùng ứng dụng cho mục đích trái pháp luật, không tải lên nội dung vi phạm quyền người khác, không cố can thiệp hay phá hoại dịch vụ.
6. Không bảo hành & giới hạn trách nhiệm
Ứng dụng được cung cấp "nguyên trạng". Trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép, PhotoQuote không chịu trách nhiệm cho thiệt hại gián tiếp phát sinh từ việc dùng ứng dụng, bao gồm sai sót trong báo giá do bạn gửi.
7. Chấm dứt
Bạn có thể ngừng dùng và xoá tài khoản bất cứ lúc nào trong Hồ sơ → Xoá tài khoản. Chúng tôi có thể tạm ngừng tài khoản vi phạm các điều khoản này.

Terms of Use
By downloading and using the PhotoQuote app ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. The service
PhotoQuote lets tradespeople photograph a job site, use AI to draft a quote, edit it, and send it to their customer for approval. You are responsible for the content of your quotes, your pricing, and the work you perform.
2. Subscriptions & billing
- The Solo plan is a subscription that auto-renews monthly until you cancel.
- On iOS/Android, payment is charged to your App Store / Google Play account; manage or cancel in your store account settings. If you buy on the web, payment is processed by Polar (Merchant of Record).
- The price shown in the app/store at the time of purchase applies. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
3. Payments between you and your customers
Invoices you send are paid directly to you via VietQR or your own payment link. PhotoQuote only displays the payment details — it never holds the money and is not a party to the transaction between you and your customer.
4. AI-generated quotes
AI-drafted quotes may contain errors. You must review and confirm every line item, quantity, and price before sending a quote to a customer.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the app for unlawful purposes, upload content that infringes others' rights, or attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service.
6. No warranty & limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, PhotoQuote is not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the app, including errors in quotes you send.
7. Termination
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
